Project Description

Proposal to construct a multi-family development consisting of five residential buildings that will contain a total of 134 dwelling units within the MU1B (Mixed Use 1B) Zoning District. The proposed buildings range in size from approximately 8,640 square-feet to 11,300 square-feet, and range in height from 35 feet to 41 feet. The project will provide 201 off street parking spaces through a combination of below-grade parking garages within three of the proposed buildings, as well as surface parking.
